PLUS MINUS

An Eternal Collection
The theme "SATRANGI" is inspired by the Heimtextil 23-24 trends, focusing on soft, delicate hues that evoke a sense of calm and subtle elegance, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the collection.
To create a harmonious collection and ensure coordination among its elements, the primary task is selecting a hero color and then determining its accompanying shades. By establishing a well-balanced color hierarchy and including appropriate accent colors, a cohesive and visually stunning collection can be crafted.
Woven structures were created using WeavePoint software and then visualized in a fabric layout to provide a realistic representation of the design.

The brief required transforming the fabric construction course inspiration into woven structures, highlighting how a single concept can generate different outputs based on the subject.
My concept was derived from the play of light and shadow, leading me to name the project "Plus Minus". This title reflects the balance of opposing forces—similar to the principle of yin and yang—emphasizing the interplay between positive and negative elements in design.
